AMS requires candidates to meet the following requirements:

  • Present a neat, professional appearance

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Have at least 6 months of relative healthcare experience.

  • Have an unencumbered license for RN and/or LPN

  • Have good references from two previous employer(s)

  • A smartphone with working service

  • Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the United States

  • Diplomas: College, High School, or GED Certificate

  • Covid Vaccination, if eligible (Not required, but is preferred)

  • Valid State Issued Photo IDCPR Certification from The American Heart Association

ANNUAL RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS

The following information requires yearly renewal to be filed in your employee records due to OSHA requirements or other licensing agencies.

  • TB skin test/ Chest X-ray

  • CPR Every 2 years Nursing Assistant/ CMT Certification (SRNA every 2 years)

  • Nursing Assistant CEUs

  • Nursing License- KY yearly

  • Mandatory agency annual in-service
